It's always refreshing to have green colorful salad at home .Here is another recipe made at home with all natural ingredients made at home including the dressing!!
You can be creative while making this ,add which ever things you like nuts, fruits, cherry tomatoes, cheese, tofu, radish...list is never ending:)....try with what u like the most ...
INGREDIENTS:
mixed salad leaves
tofu
cherry tomatoes
some roasted cashew nuts
1 tsp olive oil for stir frying tofu
for salad dressing
2tbl spoon vinegar
2tbl spoon honey
pinch of salt and crushed black pepper
1-1/2 tsp olive oil
METHOD:
- take one teaspoon olive oil in a pan and stir fry tofu with some salt in it .( i used half of 14 oz pack and wrap it in a paper towel or napkin to soak extra water)
- in a bowl add all ingredients for dressing ,add vinegar( can use lemon juice too),salt , honey, olive oil, black pepper crushed and mix.
- wash the salad leaves , drain and mix cherry tomatoes, cashews, dressing and tofu.
- serve it on plate and enjoy!!
