....another way to eat spinach ...raita or dip .yogurt is usually taken with INDIAN meals..specially in summers..ITS COOL N REFRESHING!! ...ya healthy too..:)
it's one of my favorite raita s.. .and can also be used as a healthy dip or sauce ..with snacks...try it..not for special ..but for a change...
INGREDIENTS:
yogurt or curd 1cup
spinach 1/4 bunch
cumin powder 1/2tsp
chili powder 1/4tsp
salt
oil
METHOD:

cumin powder 1/2tsp
chili powder 1/4tsp

oil
METHOD:
- Heat a pan , pour few drops of oil and add finely chopped spinach and cook for few minutes.
- Pour yogurt or curd in a bowl whisk it so that there are no lumps, add cooked spinach.
- add spices and salt as per taste and serve with food ...ENJOY!!
