Salad raita


INGREDIENTS:

carrot chopped 1/3cup
onion chopped 1/3cup
tomato chopped 1/3cup
green pepper chopped 1/3cup
coriander chopped for garnishing
celery (optional) 1/4 cup
beets (optional)
cumin powder 1/4 tsp
salt 1/4tsp
chillipowder 1/4tsp
yogurt(curd) thick 2cups


METHOD:
Take a bowl and pour curd in it and mix all masala or spices in it , so that their are no lumps .

Then add all chopped salad ( its better to chop thin in food processor ,if u like big chunks then
cut by hands) mix all the mixture .

Lastly garnish it with coriander and cumin powder ....serve chill and enjoy it with any meal!!
