INGREDIENTS:
poha thick 2cups
onion chopped medium size
tomato chopped medium size
mustard seeds 1/2tsp
curry leaves 4-5 leaves
turmeric powder 1/4tsp
salt acc. to taste
chili powder 1/4tsp or can use green chillies
lemon juice 1tsp
oil 1-2tsp
handful peanut unsalted
coriander chopped for garnishing
METHOD:

oil 1-2tsp

METHOD:
- Wash the poha with water in a bowl at least 2 times , drain all the water and keep aside.
- Heat a pan on medium flame and pour oil. Then add peanuts and fry for few seconds until they become light brown, remove them from oil with a spoon and keep aside.
- Add mustard seeds , curry leaves and onion . Let it cook for few minutes then add chopped tomato and all spices.
- Cook for few minutes then add poha , peanuts, coriander and lemon juice. Mix and sprinkle few drops of water if the poha is dry , cover it switch off the burner.
- Let it cook for few minutes and serve hot.
