Apple jam with no preservatives

apple diced or chopped 4
white vinegar 1cup
cinnamon 1/2tsp
water 1-2cup
sugar 21/2cup
( you can use pectin or gelatin to make it like store bought jelly texture , but its also tastes good without it!)

Take a pan , switch on gas or burner and pour water. When water comes to a boil add chopped apples and cook until apple

become soggy then add vinegar , cinnamon and stir .,add sugar and cook until the mixture settle like jelly .

Remove from gas or burner and let it cool and fill it in a clean jar and put it in fridge.
